Racing mind is a reaction to constant and excessive worry and stress in our life and the inability to shift our focus off the concern onto other areas of our life and interests. These concerns dominate our waking and quite often supposed sleeping hours.
Causes of racing mind vary from work pressures to family and relationship pressures, time management issues, financial worries and pressures, personal worries and perceived weaknesses.
Racing mind makes it hard to relax, sleep, feel like your normal self, plan, remember where you put things or even important dates and communicate effectively with others.
